Amazing place !!! Better than the photographs!!

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It was so beautiful and clean. John was also such a great host and always responsive. The pool was a huge hit too! Can’t wait to be back

It was a great stay at John’s place. Highly recommended he was very helpful showing us the villa and what we need. He even helped us get our groceries once we arrived

The views over Lake Como are spectacular, the gardens are stunning, and the villa itself is beautifully maintained and of excellent quality. John was a fantastic host..kind, attentive, and always available to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.We left with wonderful memories and would happily return in a heartbeat. ❤️

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Lake Como estate while attending a wedding, and it exceeded every expectation! The villa itself is absolutely stunning. The gardens, lake views, pool area, guest house, and beautifully maintained grounds made it feel like our own private resort. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this incredible villa. We spent 3 nights here with a group of 10, including kids, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The villa itself is breathtaking—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and full of charm. The views are simply stunning, with panoramas of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains from almost every corner of the property. The pool was an absolute highlight.
