très fidèle à la description, très agréable à vivre en conscience du fait qu'on surplombe une artère principale de circulation urbaine. on trouve tout à proximité. Pâtisseries, restaurants, accès au métro. Allez y!

This is a specialplace! we spend 4 days in ayhens for our honeymoon and wanted to be able to enjoy the parthenon from our apartment. it was an amazing view indeed, massive balcony, modern interior and very easy location to explore the ceterand do sightseeing.

I stayed here in March 2026 for 3 weeks. I can't recommend this place enough. The pictures do not do the view justice. Going to bed looking at Athena Nike and the Parthenon for 3 weeks will not be forgotten. The patio is amazing. The location cannot be beat due to the many transit options a few meters from the front door. Amazing transit system in Athens. There are 101 stairs to the apartment. I took them most of the time to get exercise but the elevator works great if you've had a long day. This place ended up feeling like my home and exceeded my expectations. If I go back to Athens…

John was an fantastic host,we communicated perfectly he is very kind and friendly. The house is beautiful,the view is out of this world,clean and the location is perfect. Metro station very close.

The apartment was great but you could shower more than 3 minutes… he said he is on it but nothing for two weeks. But all in all was it a great stay

This is a little gem in close proximity to great mom and pop restaurants and shopping. Walkable neighborhood and to local attractions. The property is very clean with modern furniture and is well appointed. The terrace provides lots of outdoor space to relax and take in the views! There is a grocery store on ground level for those essentials and within a few blocks a full supermarket. Broadband internet and a smartTv for enjoying some downtime. Overall a great value for the location.

Изключително приятен и добре поддържан апартамент. Локацията е топ - на пешеходно отстояние и от търговските улици, и от основните забележителности, и от метрото. Мястото разполагаше с абсолютно всичко необходимо - модерно обзаведено и много уютно. Терасата е уникална - огромна, с много удобства на нея. А гледката няма равна - усещането да виждаш Акропола от леглото си сутрин или от терасата с чаша вино вечер е несравнимо!
