Monastiraki -Acropolis View Penthouse with Terrace

the view of the Acropolis and the sunsets is so unbelievably good. I could not expect it even if I was told.

Overall the place was good, but to be honest, it was smaller than expected. It would be hard to accommodate 3 adults. Incredible location, and views of the acropolis from a phenomenal balcony. If you are budget conscience traveler, this is your location. Close to two markets, an excellent location for shopping and restaurants. Giannis is a great host and was very helpful

Great central location in Athens to see all of the attractions. Also close to the best area for food in our opinion. The view of the Acropolis from both the balcony and the bedroom is amazing. It was so beautiful seeing the structure in all types of lighting at sunrise, sunset and nighttime. Would absolutely recommend staying here in Athens!

John’s place had an AMAZING VIEW of the Parthenon and looks exactly like the photos. The penthouse apartment was great! A few things that could be improved: patio furniture (dining/patio chairs) was broken and needed repair. AC was also a bit noisy due to a squeaky fan motor. Otherwise, the place was exactly as described, with a decent sized living/sleeping area for 2 adults and 1 child, and a large balcony where you can enjoy dinner and drinks with a view of Athens.

Stunning view, second to none! Doesnt get much better than watching the lights turn on at the acropolis as day turns to night from the balcony or the bedroom! John was very helpful, accommodating and responsive

Fantastic top-floor apartment! The outside patio deck affords some of the very best views of Athens and the Acropolis/Parthenon in particular. You can't beat the central location and John's instructions for arrival and departure were super easy to follow. HIGHLY recommend if you need an Athens home-base for your stay in town.

View from the patio of the Acropolis was amazing. My friends and I spent the evening admiring the view with a bottle of wine. Location was also great and central with many shops just below. Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. The space is just nice for 2 and abit squeezy for 3 pax.

Small apartment with an amazing terrace and unbelievable views. Comfortable bed. Great location. Did I mention the views? To be clear, it’s a bedroom with a small bathroom and smaller kitchen. Might be a challenge to stay more than a couple of days. But the terrace is big with comfortable furniture. And the views are sensational.

The view to the Acropolis completely took our breath away. We could not have imagined a better place for a view. 7th floor unobstructed view directly at the Acropolis - stunning by day and night. We loved the airy and bright balcony, cozy penthouse apt and fantastic central location. Everything we wanted to see in the historic downtown of Athens was in walking distance. The elevator broke down for a short period, but the host was responsive and the repairs were done the next day. Amazing value, priceless views.
