1st thing almost perfect sound isolation!!!!! Once doors and windows closed you can have a very decent sleep without all the car and crowd sound!!!!
View from the balcony is much better than in most 5 star hotels in Athens.

This apartment is in the perfect location. It is less than a minute walk to many restaurants. It is a 15 minute walk to the acropolis. Beautiful views of the acropolis from the apartment.
