John is a great, responsive host and the apartment has stunning views over the river. The area itself is quite quiet, and we found we used the apartment as a base to go to other areas, such as De Pijp across the river, or got the tram more centrally.

Le logement est agréable et conforme à la description. Le séjour aurait pu être encore plus plaisant avec un accueil et une communication plus chaleureux. Dommage également pour l’absence d’eau dans le logement et la mise à disposition limitée (seulement deux petites serviettes).

We loved the apartment for our Amsterdam visit--it is very roomy and stylish, exactly as it looks in the pictures. There is a lot of natural light and the view over the river is beautiful. There are lots of places to eat and some shops in the vicinity. John was a great host and very responsive to any questions. I would stay there again and highly recommend it!

excellent logement, la vue depuis le salon est à couper le soufle, le logement est tres bien équipé et tres spacieu, John a été tres amical et tres reactif et nous a meme permis d'acceder au logement assez tot, j'y reviendrais tres volontier.

Lovely location with several excellent restaurants nearby. Walkable to central Amsterdam. There were a couple of technical issues during our stay - the lift was out of order and the washing machine developed a fault, but this did not detract from the stay.
