The place had a great location, nice decor, with great kitchen and livingroom. However, we were two adult couples and were looking for a two bedroom, two bathroom situation. The 2nd bedroom at this place was very small and the 2nd bathroom was in the entry hallway and too small to be useable for an adult situation. This would be a great place for one adult couple with one or two children. I would still highly rate this rental, but wanted to clarify our situation.

Highly recommend you pick this location for you stay in Madrid. Great location right in the middle of all the great sites. We had a little shop and several restaurants connected to the building. We were able to walk to all the major sites. A quick walk to the palace. Several parks surrounding the locations and easy pick up for Uber if you want to go further. We were able to walk most of the city and felt safe walking back home every night. I say home because that's what it feels like when you are there. We got this place to allow our parents to have a place to relax in the middle of our trip. …

This apartment was great. I would definitely recommend this place. It had a beautiful view of the place and was pretty easy to get to. We took the metro and then walked to the apartment. (I would not recommend that if yoy have larger luggage as it was mostly up hill). The beds were really comfortable. Shower pressure was great.
The apartment is not to far from the Malasaña neighborhood, which had some really great restaurants.
John gave really clear instructions, which was so nice for check in and check out.
