It’s conveniently located near the Royal Palace of Madrid with few restaurants ,pharmacy and mini grocery store right down the street. The location is safe and quiet at night. The space is very clean and spacious. Instead of walking a lot of steps to go to palace or the central station, there is an elevator near by. This place is perfect for family to stay when traveling to Madrid, highly recommend this place.

L'emplacement de l'appartement près de la Plaza d'espana est idéal, l'appartement est la réplique des photos et très propre. La vue est magnifique. Pour notre escapade madrilène nous avons été comblée et nous n'hésiterons pas à reprendre cette appartement lors d'un prochain séjour. John est joignable et très arrangeant.

Perfect home base for a Madrid trip if you want to be close to the tourist area! The condo is chic, clean, and has every amenity you could need. One of the beds was incredibly comfortable, and the host was flexible enough to let us drop off our bags while we went exploring.
