The apartment is in a great location, just by the Royal Palace and within easy walking of most of the tourist sites of Madrid. A few local bars and small supermarkets in the streets nearby and lots of choice for restaurants and bars within a 15 minute walk. It's a very busy area.

The apartment is in an excellent location right near the palace. There were 5 of us (2 couples and a young baby). The area was within easy walking distance of many of the great sites in Madrid. John was an excellent communicator, allowed us to bag drop prior to check-in and all in all a very pleasant stay.

A great location, no matter if you are a tourist or on business in central Madrid. We hadn’t expected a great view of the palace from the living room, but there it was! The place was well-equipped and I particularly liked the shower in the larger bedroom. Comfy furniture, good kitchen, washer - all great. Quiet, too.
